When the stove was installed, we could see that the pellets were slow to fall down; the stove worked for 36 hours, and then, it would not turn on anymore. We went throughout the diagnosis Mode for our stove, and everything was fine. But, still, the stove would not turn on. We had a feeling that the problem was with the auger. The auger motor was running but the auger was not turning. My husband took it apart to find out that the auger had not been screwed on up properly to the auger motor. He screwed it back on and the stove has been working wonderfully since then. Lucky me that my husband could fix it... it is very stressfull to spend 2500.00$ on a stove that turns out that it has not been assembled properly at first...
