DO NOT BUY

I don’t see how this stove has a single good review. We bought this item as an “upgrade” to our old pellet stove, as it was 14 years old and starting to fail. That 14-year-old broken-down stove kept the house 23°F warmer than this brand-new trash can is able to. I’d rather buy a Mr. Buddy heater for every room than count on this thing. The blower is way too weak, and the fancy “smart stove” feature of having a thermostat doesn’t work at all. To top it all off, their customer support doesn’t even respond.
