Absolute junk, so disappointed

I have had nothing but issues, stove shuts down due to failure to fire. I clean it every day and it still shuts down. The auger and fan are extremely load and only produces minimal heat. I had a Chinese made Ashley hurth which I loved but wanted to upgrade and wanted something American made. I contacted customer service a couple months after purchasing about my issues and they basically told me to pound salt. Don’t waste your money and time
