Shipping was 4 days ahead of estimated delivery date , the stove was packaged well in a wooden crate to prevent damage. a better explanation of included parts would have been nice , I still have a pack of 2 screws and I don't know where they belong. the cut out in the ash shelf is a stupid idea, I called tec support as I thought it was a defect.
