Poor Customer Service

Purchased through Home Depot 3 months ago in September. Arrived in 3 days. Ordered Double wall pipe from here. Took 6 weeks and two 45 degree elbows were Missing. Ordered the elbows again and additional pipe. Said they would ship December 15. Nada. Zip-zero. Nothing. I have a 300P that has been sitting here. Ordered over $1,100 USD in double wall pipe. 3 months and not able to have supplementary heat.They took my money and could care less. Am I going to have to file a complaint with the BBB? Am I going to have to take legal action?
