Love the stove, but with two suggestions: the ash plug - no where in the instructions does it say to put the plug in place or not when starting the fire. I figured it out once I thought through how much draft I wanted, but that might be worth adding for someone who has never had a stove before. Also, on your website it stated there was a 30% tax incentive to buy the stove but not clear on how that actually applies at tax time and nothing came with the stove that provided any documentation to give my accountant to claim the tax incentive. Might be something to add to increase the customer service experience. Thanks!
