The only things about which I can confidently comment are the timeliness of service and apparent quality of the heater. The ordering process and delivery could not have been better. The fire brick had fallen over, but the one broken one can be replaced. There were no hidden costs and everything was as advertised. The heater is as described and appears to be of quality workmanship. Since we haven't installed the heater yet, I can't speak to its performance, but having had a wood heater for most of my life as the only source of heat, it looks like it will do the job.
