I received the unit and inspected it. The overall look was good. I installed the unit and tried it on a test run. The upper auger did not turn. I found out that the motor for the upper auger was not attached to the housing. After I reinstalled the motor I tried to run it again and found the igniter was not inserted all the way to the fire box. I tried to install the igniter back into the slot, found out that it does not go through the hole enough to light the fire. I have been putting a piece of pellet in the hole so it will light. Other than that it keeps temp just fine. It is also easy to clean.
