Our new Englander Blue Ridge 300L was just installed, but we haven't lit the first fire. Thank you to your support staff who kindly and clearly answered my two phone calls while I decided what was necessary to order. The stove was delivered quicker than expected, and in perfect condition. We had to wait about 3 weeks for the only Chimney sweep company in our area willing to order the chimney system and install the stove. We are looking forward to opening the windows and lighting that first "smelly" burn and enjoying our stove this winter.
