1-Year Review: Overall Impression: We have enjoyed using this stove for the past year and feel its value is appropriate. Would buy this unit again. Here are some of the pros and cons we've experienced: Burn Time: The reported burn time can be reduced or extended depending on species of wood and loading style. The Good: Efficiency: The stove is very efficient. Viewing Glass: It has a good amount of viewing glass for its size. Negligible Complaints: Blower Fan: No override option on the blower fan, just the thermodisc. Air Intake Control: It needs more air intake control. The current adjustment range is very little and course, whereas older models had a broad range for fine adjustment. Faceplate Size: There is no choice in faceplate size. We wish ours was a bit smaller to show more of the hearth brick behind it.
