This product may be a 5 star but we just installed it & have had 24 hours of burn time. So far so good! Working with the MFP company has been a good experience & the tech support has been excellent. We placed the order on BllackFriday & got a good deal & received it in less than a week from Canada to Kansas. The ENGLANDER 32-NC WOOD STOVE IS WELL MADE!
