The original stove (purchased July 20, 2023) arrived and was found to be damaged in shipping. Home Hardware replaced the stove with another one which was not damaged. The installation was easy and as it was replacing another old pellet stove and the wall thimble and venting already existed. The manual gave good instructions on installation and initial testing. It is quiet and easy to use. Note that this is the second warranty registration as this is the replacement stove for the one damaged in shipment.
