Arrived broken. Control panel was broke off its mount, had to fabricate a new mount. Room blower was hanging against vacuum hose since all the plastic mounts had broke off, had to put bolts in place of plastic mounts. Started up but no pellets came out. Found that auger screw was not securely fastened to the motor. The set screw was not even snug. Fixed that and now seems to be working well.
